Shopify and custom developed e-commerce websites can already use the Delivery Gateway service. We are working to make it available on more and more platforms.
Do I need to have a contract with the courier companies I want to integrate?
To dispatch packages and print labels, you will need a contract with the logistics companies you have chosen.
Will the range of available courier companies expand?
Yes, we are continuously working on it. If you think something is missing, please let us know!
Is this solution compatible with fulfillment companies' systems?
Yes, some fulfillment integrations are already available. If you need another fulfillment provider, please let us know!
How does the service integrate into my checkout process?
On Shopify platform, you can specify where the pickup point/home delivery address selector should appear during the purchase process. It can be placed on the shopping cart page or at checkout (Shopify Plus only). No programming knowledge is required to set this up.
In the case of a custom-developed website, this is entirely up to you. Our system was created using an "API first" approach, so you can easily customize all settings.
Is there a free trial period?
You can use it completely free of charge for up to 40 orders per month.
